It seems the post-Brexit property buyers are back! Demand from those wanting to purchase a home rose for the first time in seven months, according to a report by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
After the UK’s vote to leave the EU in June, interest in home buying took an unnerving dive – with fewer people wanting to take the risk of investing large sums of money in property.
That is now changing according to RICS, which told the BBC that the market appears to be settling down after the significant headwinds encountered during the spring and summer.
There is still a level of caution in the market, especially in London. But here at Outlet property is moving, with only a slight adjustment to prices.
